Located 15 minutes' drive from the beach and set on 4.5 acres on Fiji's beautiful Coral Coast, this resort offers only 28 rooms, each with air conditioning, TV, DVD player and a refrigerator. The large clean rooms were great. The staff were beyond beautiful & really looked after us. Our daughter was besotted with them all.

The chef was very caring about our food allergies and continuously adjusted foods to suit our needs. This is a place to relax, sleep, eat, pool, go snorkeling and walk on a beach. A place to fully recharge.

Located on the beachfront, this 5-star luxury resort on Viti Levu island features a large outdoor swimming pool, day spa, 24-hour room service, plus 7 restaurants and bars. The Outrigger was an amazing resort and one that I will definitely be visiting again. The staff here made you feel most welcome and it was this hospitality that made it so much more enjoyable. A number of restaurants to choose from which exceptional food and drinks all very reasonably priced.

Shangri-La's Fijian Resort and Spa is located on the exclusive and private Yanuca Island. All rooms boast stunning ocean views, a balcony, and free WiFi in public areas. We had a fantastic stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and every meal was very high quality. Especially the Christmas dinner at Takali restaurant and the atmosphere at the Golden Cowrie. We had a great ocean view room and enjoyed the pristine beaches immensely. Can't wait to be back.

Situated on the river, Sigatoka is central to Natadola Beach, Pacific Harbour and a lot of resorts along the Coral coast. The Kula Adventure Park is worth visiting and great for kids and visit the local market in central Sigatoka for cheap fruit. Ideally you need a car to get around although the local bus services are an experience.

Have already outlined my likes and dislikes. Sagatoka is just 10 minutes by taxi. It's only a small town but a great market and wonderful Indian curry shop opposite. The locals are lovely people but like most Third World Countries poorly paid and live in very humble and substandard conditions.

Sigatoka is a bustling market town full of colorful sights and smells. It makes a fun day trip to see the municipal produce, crafts and spice market. We avoided the retail department stores where the tourist buses go, and found lots of interesting little shops. Don't miss Raj's Curry House for an exceptional lunch. Walk along the river is scenic.

Sigatoka has good shopping facilities and very friendly locals, greeting visitors with an enthusiastic 'Bula' every few steps. There's a variety of restaurants that are, on the whole, ok, but better dining is to be had out of town.

Sigatoka is the heart for people who want to have fun. From waterfalls to bush walking to horse riding on the beach to water rafting. Everything is at your fingertips. Food is also fresh and loved the seafood. Geckos Resort is a great quite place to stay if you want to relax and swim in the pool or book some tours and go out and about. Very close to Sigatoka

Great shopping helpful local they speck English plenty fresh local produce fresh bread had everything we needed. My iPad froze and I found an IT that fixed it way less than back in NZ I was very impressed.
